Media bias in favour of Rugby plumbs new depths

When is an ‘ex’ All Black not an ‘ex’ All Black?

Firstly, when he goes to a different sporting code his history is wiped.

Especially, when 'Mr X AB' gets into trouble.

So rather than a headline which should read “Ex All Black star Matthew Ridge's car wash business pays up to migrant employees”

Instead we get Lincoln Tan in the N.Z Herald telling us "Ex-league star Matthew Ridge's car wash business pays up to migrant employees”

More ‘crawly’ and embarrassing journalism from the N.Z Media.

Matthew Ridge Not Thrown Out of Auckland Hotel

Surely the journalists at the Herald have got this headline all wrong?

Don’t they mean ‘Auckland Waterfront Hotel claims they have never expelled Matthew Ridge’?

Somewhat more plausible given his propensity to cause trouble in local drinking establishments.
